Stephanie started her journey with American Red Cross 13 years ago as a life guard at the Souderton Community Pool. Since then, she has been equipping herself with the latest certifications to help family, friends and strangers alike. Stephanie specializes in First Aid, CPR, & AED for pediatrics and adult , Stop The Bleed course, and Life guard training. Robert Frick
Robert has spent a successful career working as a machinist and industrial mechanic. Working in those fields, he has seen and experienced more than his fair share of injuries and accidents. These experiences has shown him just how quickly a situation can go from bad to life threatening. We can feel so helpless in those kinds of situations, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Knowledge is power, and in this case knowing what to do could save a life. After seeing what he has, he decided to seek training for himself. In doing so, he decided to take it further and pass his knowledge and experience on to whoever is willing to learn. He is proud to be the co-owner of Norco Training Services and to offer his training to the public so hopefully no one feels helpless in a bad situation.
