Stop The Bleed
An American College of Surgeons class, partnered with The Department of Defense, STOP THE BLEED is a class that teaches students how to recognize and treat life-threatening bleeding utilizing three primary methods of bleeding control. Students will learn proper methods of compression, wound packing, and the use of tourniquets. Students will also learn about additional bleeding control first aid equipment such as bandage application, hemostatics, and chest seals.
Who can take this class?
This STOP THE BLEED course is for people who are interested in learning a life saving skill. The American College of Surgeons STOP THE BLEED campaign has trained over 1 million people including students, teachers, and community groups. We are committed to training anyone who is old enogh to understand what the course teaches and is interested in how to STOP THE BLEED and save a life.

Students will receive a printed certificate upon completion of course
